● Primary and supplementary JCB Ultimate and JCB Platinum cardholders active and issued in Vietnam, successfully register for the program through the JCB Premium Service app on Zalo.
● Not applicable for virtual/ non-physical cards.
01. Applicable Cards
● Program period: from 09/01/2025 to 31/12/2025.
➤ For airport lounge: QR code redemption is valid until 31/01/2026. The QR code is valid for 1 day (until 23:59:59 on the T+1 day) from the redemption date (T day).
➤ For Fast-track: booking and usage of the airport service is valid until 31/01/2026. Service reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance of the service time.
● Applicable on all weekdays, weekends, including holidays.
● Exclusive offers for JCB Ultimate cardholders after successful registration: 1 slot/card/year.
● General offers for both JCB Ultimate and JCB Platinum cardholders based on spending conditions: 1 slot/card/month, and accumulated offers can be carried over from month to month within program period.
04. Cancellation, No-Show, and Reservation Changes
For airport lounge:
● Cancellations or schedule changes cannot be made after the QR code has been issued.
● In cases where the cardholder/guest does not show up to use the service or declines to use the lounge service after the QR code has been issued, the cardholder’s offer slots will not be refunded.
For Fast-track:
● Any procedures for cancellations, schedule changes, or information modifications must be done directly by contacting the hotline for guidance.
● If the cardholder notifies cancellation at least 24 hours before the service use time, the service will not be counted as used, and the slot will be refunded within 3 working days. Outside of this time frame, the slot will be considered used.
● Cardholders are allowed to change their reservation schedule in the event of a flight time change according to the airline's regulations. The cardholder needs to inform the program hotline about this change.
● Cardholders are allowed only one change or cancellation per reservation.
● In cases where the cardholder/guest does not show up to use the service or declines to use the service at the airport after confirmation, the cardholder’s privilege slots will not be refunded.
● The program may or may not be combined with other discounts and promotions offered by lounges/airports, depending on the policy of each lounge/airport.
● The maximum number of slots per month is 960, which will be renewed each month and may end early if the offers run out.
● The terms and conditions of the program are subject to updates without prior notice.
