● JCB Ultimate, JCB Platinum (primary and supplementary cards) currently active and issued in Vietnam, successfully register for the program through the JCB Premium Service app on Zalo.
● Not applicable to virtual/ non-physical cards
01. Applicable Cards
● Program period: from 09/01/2025 to 31/12/2025.
● Service booking period: from 09/01/2025 to 31/12/2025. Service reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the service time.
● Service usage period at restaurant: valid until 31/01/2026.
● Valid every day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
● Ultimate Card: 04 slots/card/year.
● Platinum Card: 02 slots/card/year.
04. Cancellation, No-Show, and Reservation Changes
● For any cancellation, schedule change, or modification, cardholders must contact the hotline directly for guidance.
● Successfully booked services will not be refunded, except for force majeure cases as defined in Section VII.3 - Force Majeure of the program’s terms and conditions.
● In case of unsuccessful booking, the cardholder will be refunded the corresponding number of incentives within 3 working days.
● In cases where the cardholder/guest does not show up to use the service or declines to use the restaurant after confirmation, the cardholder’s privilege slots will not be refunded.
● This program cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions provided by participating restaurants.
● The maximum number of privilege slots each month is 50, renewed monthly and may end early if the slots are used up.
● The cardholder must use the same JCB card used for the reservation to pay for the meal at the restaurant in order to enjoy the privileges.
● JCB reserves the right to change the program's policies, applicable locations, and other details without prior notice.
