Note:
    ✓ Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date of service.
    ✓ Each cardholder can book for a group of up to 3 additional people, provided that all fees for extra players are paid using the JCB card the              cardholder used to make the reservation. If there are more than 3 additional players, the cardholder must proactively contact the golf                    course directly for the remaining players at the public rate set by the course.
    ✓ Cardholders can use their privilege slots to book for others according to the existing slots allocated to them, provided that all service-                      related costs are paid in advance using the same JCB card used to make the reservation.The cardholder must provide complete                              information for the person using the service when booking via the app.

● Primary and supplementary JCB Ultimate and JCB Platinum cardholders active and issued in Vietnam, successfully register for the program through the JCB Premium Service app on Zalo.
● Not applicable to virtual/non-physical cards.

●   Program period: from 09/01/2025 to 31/12/2025
●   Service booking period: from 09/01/2025 to 31/12/2025.  Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date of service.
●   Service usage period at golf course: valid until 31/01/2026.
●   Valid on all days of the week, weekends, and public holidays.

●   Discount 1,000,000 VND per round: 2 slots/card/year.
●   Discount 500,000 VND per round: 4 slots/card/year.

●   For any cancellations, schedule changes, or information updates, the cardholder should contact the hotline directly for assistance.
●   No use of service or change of booked time will be arranged depending on the regulations and fees of each golf course. 
●   Cancellations or no-shows are subject to each golf course’s policy and fees. Acceptance of schedule changes depends on the golf          course’s policy and availability.
●   The program does not offer refunds in case of bad weather. If it rains on the scheduled tee-off day, the golf course will arrange a            new tee-off date instead of a refund.
●   Successfully booked services will not be refunded, except for force majeure cases as defined in Section VII.3 - Force Majeure of the        program’s terms and conditions.
●   In case of unsuccessful booking, the cardholder will be refunded the corresponding number of incentives within 3 working days. 
●   In cases where the cardholder/guest does not show up to use the service or declines to use the golf course after confirmation, the       cardholder’s privilege slots will not be refunded.

●   This program cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions provided by participating golf courses.
●   Maximum monthly usage: 100 rounds for the 1,000,000 VND discount and 220 rounds for the 500,000 VND discount, renewed               each month and subject to early termination upon exhaustion.
●   Cardholders must prepay remaining golfing fees and any other applicable charges via the payment link sent via Email/Zalo, using       the same JCB card used to make the reservation to confirm the booking.
●   Each cardholder may book for a group of up to 03 additional people, provided all extra fees are paid using the JCB card the                     cardholder used to make the reservation. If more than three additional people are joining, the cardholder should arrange directly         with the golf course for others, who will be charged according to the golf course’s public rates.
●   Cardholders may use their discount to book for others, provided all related service costs are paid in advance using the same JCB           card used to make the reservation.
●   Cardholders are responsible for paying any additional fees directly at the golf course using the same JCB card used to make the           reservation, based on the published rates at the course.
●   The terms and conditions of the program are subject to updates without prior notice.
