How to use privilege

Applicable location

Hotel/Resort Privilege

Receive one complimentary night when booking at least two consecutive nights at a 34 premium hotel or resort for JCB Ultimate cardholders.
●   This offer applies to standard rooms for two people and includes breakfast.
●   Offer is limited to one room per night, with each night counting as one usage.

How to use privilege

Cardholders access the JCB Premium Service application on Zalo, select the Hotel/Resort privilege, choose the hotel/resort, and enter the required registration information to book the service.

Customer service staff will record the registration information and contact the cardholder to confirm the details.

Step 3:

A payment link will be sent to the cardholder via Email/ Zalo. The cardholder must pay any remaining fees, surcharges, taxes, and other charges (such as extra bed fees, accompanying children's fees, mandatory meals, weekend surcharges, peak season & holiday surcharges, special event days, etc.) through this link using the JCB card used by the cardholder to make the reservation to confirm the reservation. All fees will be converted and paid in VND.

Step 4:

The cardholder goes to the hotel/resort to use the service as directed in the service confirmation letter sent via Email/Zalo.

Notice:

Reservations must be made at least 2 days before the service date, and it is encouraged to book at least 7 days in advance to ensure privilege benefits. Room availability will depend on the hotel/ resort's business status at the time.
The cardholder can use their privileges to book a room for the others or or book serveral rooms in accordance with the rules, with the amount deducted from the cardholder's existing privileges, provided that all related fees are paid in advance using the same JCB card used to make the reservation.. The cardholder must provide full information of the service user registered when making the reservation in the application.
If the cardholder wishes to upgrade from a standard room to another type of room, they will only need to pay the additional fee beyond the offer according to the hotel's listed price.

Primary and supplementary JCB Ultimate cardholders active and issued in Vietnam, successfully register for the program through the JCB Premium Service app on Zalo.
Not applicable to virtual/non-physical cards.

02. Validity Period

Program period: from 09/01/2025 to 31/12/2025
Service booking period: from 09/01/2025 to 31/12/2025. Reservations must be made at least 2 days before the service date, and it is encouraged to book at least 7 days in advance to ensure privilege benefits.
Service usage period at hotel/resort: valid until 31/01/2026.
Valid on all days of the week, weekends, and public holidays.

04. Cancellation, No-show, and Reservation Change Policy

For any cancellations, changes in schedule, or information updates, the cardholder should contact the hotline directly for assistance.
Cancellations, no-shows, or changes to pre-scheduled services are subject to the policies, room availability, and fees of each hotel/resort.
Cardholders are allowed only one change or cancellation per reservation.
In cases where the cardholder/guest does not show up to use the service or declines to use the hotel/resort after confirmation, the cardholder’s privilege slots will not be refunded.

The program may or may not be combined with other discounts and promotions from the hotel/resort, depending on the policy of each hotel/resort.
A maximum of 50 offers are available each month, replenished monthly and subject to early termination upon exhaustion.
Cardholders must prepay any remaining fees, surcharges, taxes, and other applicable charges via the payment link sent via Email/Zalo, using the same JCB card used to make the reservation to confirm the booking.
Cardholders may use their offer to book rooms for other guests or book serveral rooms in accordance with the rules, with the amount deducted from the cardholder's existing privileges, provided that all related fees are paid in advance using the same JCB card used to make the reservation.
The terms and conditions of the program are subject to updates without prior notice.
